High Tea To Go | Engagement Celebration with Secret Garden Tea
Posted on

Kyle and I had such a wonderful evening celebrating our engagement with a romantic high tea picnic during sunset at Lighthouse Park. This evening really inspired me :) Here's an illustration I made from the romantic picnic:

We had the chance to enjoy The Secret Garden Tea's new August / September menu on the big rocks of Lighthouse Park, looking out onto downtown Vancouver where Kyle popped the question, and where I said yes! It was so dreamy to see it from another perspective like that. We sat there together soaking it all in, while sipping on their delicious Creamy Earl Grey and eating tasty treats. The views at Lighthouse Park, especially at sunset, are truly breath-taking.

I really love the concept of high tea to go - I think it's extremely creative and a nice up scale take on the regular picnic. I highly recommend you consider this for your upcoming celebrations. It's so original, I'm sure the friend or friends you would be having it with will be blown away! One of the best things about Secret Garden's High Tea To Go is that it all fits in a cute picnic basket and is very easy to bring onto location, like we did!

Secret Garden never ceases to impress me with their creative ideas, delicious tea options and mouth watering treats- not to mention that Kathy and Erin, along with their team, are some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet! It is recommended to choose a location maximum an hour and a half from Secret Garden so that you can keep the food nice and fresh, and tasting its best.
